For certain RBD services, users are required to register a user account in order to activate their purchased service. The legal basis for this processing is either the performance of a contract between you and us or our legitimate interests, namely improving our service standard and/or developing more functionality for users.

address, system settings, network statistics, licence status, activity logs, devicehardware status, and access time stamp. This data may be processed for the purposes of providing our services. The legal basis for this processing is either the performance of a contract between you and us or our legitimate interests, namely improving our service standard and/or developing more functionality for users.·

4. Subscriptions

If you provide your opt-in consent to subscribe to marketing information from us, we will process your email address and name for the purpose of sending you marketing information about our products and services. The legal basis for this processing is your consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

RBD do not currently utilise cookies and or similar tracking technologies.

Data Retention

Your personal data will not be retained for a period in excess of two years after the termination or cessation of our services or purposes, with the exception of when local laws and regulations require it to be retained beyond that period.

Transfers of Personal Data

RBD is a UK registered company. To offer our products and services, we may need to transfer your personal data to other RBD affiliates in non-EU/EEA countries. Any transfers of personal data to outside EU/EEA countries are conducted pursuant to European Commission-approved Standard Contractual Clauses.

RBD does not knowingly collect information from children, as defined by local law, and does not target our website or services to children. If we learn that we have collected the personal data of children, we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible.
